Statement of Quality Policy

We strive to continually improve the effectiveness of our quality management system and our commitment to customer satisfaction by monitoring our performance against our established objectives and through leadership that promotes employee involvement.

Recognizing the need for a comprehensive Quality System as part of all operations, NWL has established this program, which incorporates a corporate Quality Manual and a Standard Operating Procedures Manual containing detailed Quality Control Procedures.

The Quality System has been designed to comply with the requirements of the International Organization for Standardization ISO 9001:2008.

The Quality Program shall have a commitment from Top Management, to comply with requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system. The quality program will provide for the utilization of written procedures; monitoring of all activities affecting the quality of operations and materials; conducting periodic audits of the overall Quality Program; identifying and correcting existing and potential nonconformance; retaining essential records; and providing adequate resources and training to those employees with the responsibility of assuring compliance with the Quality Program, and specification requirements. This provides a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives.

Top Management has appointed the Quality Management Representative as having the authority and organizational freedom to identify existing and/or potential quality problems; and to initiate, recommend, or provide solutions to those problems with the unequivocal support of NWL top management. The Top Management and the Quality Assurance Manager are responsible for ensuring that this policy is understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the organization and reviewed for continuing suitability.
